Pelvic health issues can be embarrassing. You can have issues with peeing, pooping, sexual health. Not exactly the topics that come up in every day conversation! 

In today’s episode, Christina goes into unchartered TMI category. There are pelvic issues that come up in the gym that can be really embarrassing to talk about. The more information we have, the more we can do about it.
