In today’s episode, we talk about returning to gymnastics after baby, the guilt moms feel when competing at a high-level in sport with little ones at home and Pamela’s reflections on being a mom now that her kiddos are older.

This is an episode you do not want to miss and we thank Pamela for hanging out with us!
